“Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space lies our freedom and power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and freedom.” ― Viktor Frankl
Mindfulness allows one to grow “that space” between stimulus and unconscious response/reaction. We are bombarded everyday with stimuli and are living in constant reaction to that. For those of us experiencing anxiety, depression, overwhelming stress, crisis, trauma, PTSD, research shows that mindfulness practices can be a very effective tools to aid in recovery, increased overall health, happiness, and life satisfaction.
Sabrina has been trained through Mindful Schools in Oakland, Ca.
